DRAKE 12 HAMMERS – COMPACT SHREDDING SYSTEM

The Drake 2000-12HM produces the optimum quality
processed scrap, internationally known as “Proler”.

Thanks to its 12 hammers, it can
process the following material:

> heavy scrap

> Light scrap

> Press-cut heavy scrap

> Press-cut light scrap

> iron bales

> Aluminium

The feeding of material to the processing chambe via the feeding hopper is electronically controlled so as to ensure that the chamber is continuously filled with material. Thus, optimization of the production time is achieved, and also the risk of overloading is eliminated.

The machine is equipped with a hydraulicly-operated easy-access port to the processing chamber. From this port workers are able to check the inside of the processing chamber for eventual damages, as well as to change hammers within about 3-4 hours.

The material, when placed through the feeding hopper, is compressed automaticallyt o the desired dimensions to fit into the processing chamber.

COMMISSIONING

All shredding systems have been commissioned and tested before being shipped to the buyers.

WARRANTY

We offer a three-year warranty on the rotor, two years on the crusher body and one year on the hydraulic and electrical parts. For the engine, the manufacturer’s warranty is applied All consumable parts are excluded from the warranty.

OPTIONALS

Precious metals separator ( ECS separator).

The placement of the magnetic separation mills and conveyor belts can be custom made upon consultation.
